The Liberty High School Vocal Music Program features three Vocal Jazz Ensembles.

VOLTAGE

​

Voltage is the flagship vocal jazz ensemble within the Liberty vocal music program.  Voltage performs at four home concerts as well as various jazz festivals across the state of Iowa.  In their inaugural season, Voltage was named Grand Champion at the Solon Vocal Jazz Festival and placed 3rd at the Iowa Vocal Jazz Championships.

SPARK

​

Spark is a mixed vocal jazz ensemble made up of students in grades 9-12.  Spark performs at four home concerts and various festivals across the state of Iowa.  This year, Spark performed at the Liberty Lightning Vocal Jazz Invitational and the Solon Jazz Choir Festival.

Amplify is a treble clef vocal jazz ensemble made up of students in grades 9-12.  Amplify performs at four home concerts and various festivals across the state of Iowa.  This year, Amplify performed at WDM Valley High School's Jazz Summit, the Liberty Lightning Vocal Jazz Invitational, and Solon High School's Solon Jazz Festival..
